I hired Mark because of the previous recommendation on this site. I had a great experience with him. He's on time (much earlier than I expected), quick, charge me exactly what he quoted (no suprise), professional (has a professional truck with their logo on it), clean (he walked in with the protective shoes to protect my carpet, cleaned up the mess after he unclogged the sink). And Mark even check my dishwasher after I told him that it has some problem. I will hire him again. By the way, i have heard that roto rooter has lots of complaints that I didn't hire them)
