I hired Mark because of the previous recommendation on this site. I had a great experience with him. He's on time (much earlier than I expected), quick, charge me exactly what he quoted (no suprise), professional (has a professional truck with their logo on it), clean (he walked in with the protective shoes to protect my carpet, cleaned up the mess after he unclogged the sink).
